Areas I Work With

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma can continue to shape how you feel, think, relate to others, and move through the world long after an experience has ended. I work with adults experiencing trauma-related concerns, including PTSD. My approach is relational and draws from evidence-based trauma treatments while making space for your individual experiences.
Â
Identity & Cultural Concerns
Our identities and cultural experiences shape how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. I work with adults navigating concerns related to race, ethnicity, religion, spirituality, gender, or sexual identity. Therapy can be a space where we can gently explore questions around belonging, family expectations, reconnecting with your sense of self, and the experience of moving between different cultural worlds.Â
Â
Relationships
Relationships can bring connection and meaning, but they can also reveal patterns that leave us feeling hurt, disconnected, or stuck. I work with adults who want to better understand how past experiences, beliefs about themselves and others, and patterns of coping show up in their current relationships. Therapy can help you develop greater awareness of these patterns and find new ways of relating to yourself and the people who matter to you.
Â
Life Transitions
Even positive changes can leave us feeling uncertain about who we are or what comes next. I work with adults navigating major life transitions including changes in relationships, career, family roles, identity, or direction in life. Therapy can provide space to make sense of what is changing, clarify what matters to you, and decide how you want to move forward.
My work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with attention to culture, identity, relationships, and the broader context of a person's life.
